Our restaurant

“Poryadny Gazda” is not just delicious regional cuisine, Transcarpathian flavor and the preservation of ancient traditions. It is also our own production of environmentally friendly local products, which results in total enjoyment of the dishes.
In our kitchen you will find not only dishes, but also stories. Each product, each ingredient that we use has its own unique story - from the idea of our farmers, careful daily care and high standards of production to the combination with other products in your dish to create a symbiosis of taste.
Our restaurant is not just a journey into the world of Transcarpathian culinary art. It is a reflection of the warmth of the family hearth, the caring Gazda hand that creates gastronomic masterpieces.

At “Poryadny Gazda”, we believe that true authenticity of taste begins with the moment of choosing the best local products. And it would be a sin not to take such products home and treat everyone!
Just imagine… At the exit from our restaurant you can buy home Gazd cheeses, decent meat and sausages, craft beer from our brewers, the freshest bread straight from the oven and many other goodies.
